Placement terms

MarketingSpot placements are one-time purchases for a five-year display term, subject to review and continued compliance with our eligibility, safety, payment-provider, and intellectual-property rules. Purchasing secures grid space but does not require us to publish ineligible content.

Eligibility

Public companies, major corporate subsidiaries, franchise advertising, nudity or sexually explicit content, gambling, fraud, deceptive services, harmful products, illegal activity, and businesses prohibited by Stripe are not accepted. Restricted businesses may require additional review.

Artwork and links

You confirm that you have permission to use submitted artwork and that linked pages accurately represent the approved independent project. We may remove unsafe, deceptive, unavailable, or materially changed destinations.

Affiliate program

Eligible members earn 35% on qualifying referred purchases. Commissions are held for 30 days, become payable after the hold, and may be reversed for refunds, disputes, fraud, or self-referrals. The minimum payout is $100.
